“ Yum Yum Yum! Little Banchan Shop is a Godsend! My team works in a nearby building, Jasper, and we eat here at least once a week! Their spicy pork Kimbap is so delicious and highly addictive! They also prepare soups, kimchi, and other Korean snacks. we are so happy it is just steps away. The staff/owner are super friendly so it's always a pleasure to pop in for our lunch! TWO YUMS UP! ”

“ Their banchan was tasty as it was comforting! The kimbap reminded me of the ones my Korean friends and their moms made! Each piece had a great balance of savoriness with a touch of sweet and tangy flavors. The rice was cooked appropriately, and the radish/cucumber offered a contrasting crunch. The spicy fish cakes were chewy without being overcooked and the spice level was great! For snacks, I really enjoyed the salted anchovies since it also incorporated additional seasoning and crispy garlic. The fried fish skin was crunchy, spicy, and aromatic. On the pricier side for sure but yummy overall! I appreciated how ingredients/allergens were clearly stated on the labels with colored stickers. Didn't get a chance to take pictures cause I devour them too quickly, but definitely want to come back! ”
“ WOW WOW WOW!! The best Spicy Jjampong Ppong I ever had! It has nicely charred vegetables and good quality brisket, the broth is amazing. It taste authentic and is actually spicy which was nice. Don't skip out on the wings, it was so tasty and the onion cream dipping sauce is fire!! ”

“ Awesome store and cafe! My boyfriend and I stopped in on a weekend and ordered the bulgogi bibimbap, iced einspanner and Gochujang pork gimbap. The drink and gimbap were great, but the bibimbap was the star of the show. (We ordered a fresh one, though they also had some prepackaged options). Also: Einspanner drinks are gaining popularity in NYC and I'm starting to see it at a lot of coffee shops, so there is some competition now - Ten Thousand Coffee prob makes my fave at the moment, but the one here is super solid. Store is cool, though definitely on the pricier side - as is to be expected for specialty/quality items. ”
“ This little banchan shop makes me so happy! Banchan (Korean side dishes) are part of why I love Korean restaurants, but I've never seen them sold separately like this place! They have all the favorites - bean sprouts, spicy fish cakes, spinach, potato. The only con is the high price ($8 per Banchan). I felt that it was a better value to get a meal-worthy option like bulgogi gimbap ($12), which I had for lunch! It was delicious and so well made. Made my day to find this place. ”
